MONO-D is D'Andrea's new high precision
Monobloc
tool holder. It is available in in the complete range of DIN 69871
and MAS-BT spindles, sizes ISO 40 and 50, includes ER collet chuck
holders in different lengths, WD Weldon tool holders, face mill
holders, MS tapping tool holders and CM morse taper
tool holders. This exciting new product is now available through

MODULHARD'ANDREA
is the best performing, most economical product on the market. D'Andrea
has simplified and perfected the manufacturing process and produces
large component batch sizes to keep customer prices as low as possible.

MODULHARD'ANDREA - MHD is
a high precision modular tooling system for the
operations of boring, milling, drilling, tapping and profiling.
Rigidity, concentricity, quality, precision and flexibility are
guaranteed by the coupling system which consists of a cylindrical
conical joint, that when joined together automatically centralizes. A
slight deformation occurs during lock-down and produces the strongest
joint in the industry.
MHD tooling system includes:
• Arbors in accordance with DIN — ISO — HSK — BT — CAT Standards
• Extensions and Reducers
• Vibration Dampening
• Adaptors: Weldon/Whistle-Notch holders, milling cutter holders,
tapping chucks, morse taper holders, coolant chucking tools and semi
finished cartridges for special applications.
• Roughing double-bit boring bars provide a working range between 18mm
and 500 mm diameter.
• Finishing TRM Testarossa heads and micrometric boring bars for bores
from 2.5mm to 500 mm diameter.
• Balanceable TRM heads and balancing rings for high speed machining up
to 20,000 rpm.
MHD MODULAR TOOL HOLDER SYSTEM is available in eight different sizes to
guarantee the full interchangeability of all components to perform
various tasks.
A wide range of extensions and reducers are available in different
lengths enabling the assembly of various components to perform various
tasks.
Wintool, a tooling software is available to aid in the development of
tools for the tool crib or tool designer that provides a break down of
all components

TOPRUN - is a high precision, integral
balanceable tool holder particularly suitable for high speed machining.
Concentricity between the taper and the tool seat is always
lower than .00012” (3 µm).
The advantages derived from using TOPRUN are:
- precision and improved surface finish accuracy
- considerable extension of the tool and spindle
life
- reduction in noise level and vibrations
- decreased time and cost

 The tool holder line includes:
Weldon and Whistle Notch holders; face mill holders; morse taper
holders; tapping chucks; micrometric boring heads; THE FORCE, an ultra-tight milling chuck and THE FITMILL tool holder for various style
threaded milling cutters.
TOPRUN, the high
precision integral tool holder, guarantees very high precision in every
machining operation. The patented, TOPRUN
balancing system provides quick and easy achievement of the high
balancing standard for tool holders, without any need to remove or add
material. This is possible with two segmental counterweights in a
graduated groove on the outer diameter of the tool holder.  To obtain the best performance of TOPRUN
tool holders at high speeds, the two counterweights have to be placed
following the indications provided by a balancing machine. The machine
must offer tolerances lower than 0.5 g`mm/kg. With this very easy and
fast operation, it is possible to effectively perform machining at
speeds over 20,000 rpm, within the iso 1940/1 standards. For machining
up to 8,000 rpm, it is sufficient to place the counterweights at 0°
and at 180°.

 SENSITIV
T-TA offers a range of facing and boring heads with manual and
automatic feed.
Advantages of the SENSITIV T-TA:

The SENSITIV T-TA provides the ability
to perform lathe type operations on milling machines, boring machines,
jig boring machines and radial drills.
SENSITIV T-TA performs
facing, back-facing, cylindrical and taper boring and grooving both on
ID or OD.
Four models are available: T100 with manual feed only, TA120, TA170 and
TA220, with two automatic feeds (fine & coarse) and a rapid return. |

 AUTORADIAL
offers a range of facing heads with automatic feed and a rapid return
of the tool slide without having to stop or reverse the spindle of the
machine tool, only to reset for the next working cycle.
Features:
- automatic working feed of the tool slide
- rapid return of the tool slide
- unit resets by reversing the spindle
AUTORADIAL heads are
applicable on machining centers and on NC machines, without the need of
any electronic interface. They automatically execute a working cycle of
advance and return. Then the machine spindle must be reversed to reset
the head for the next operation. The heads are produced in three
models: AR100, AR125 and AR160 and are supplied with one feed rate gear
module. A total of six different and interchangeable feed rate modules
are available. |

 U-CENTER
offers a wide range of servo controlled heads for machining centers and
specialized machines. Controlled by the U axis of the CNC, the U-CENTER can perform facing and back-facing,
cylindrical and conical boring, threading, concave and convex radius
machining and complex profiles, by the interpolation of the other
machine axes. The servo driven gear box is mounted next to the spindle
of the machining center and the control, guarantees the control of the
tool slide feed and the tool position. The U-DRIVE
is composed of: a servomotor, a transducer, a set of limit switches and
a coupling system for the U-CENTER
head. The heads are available in 4 models: UC140/BH - UC160/BH -
UC180/BH - UC200/BH, all of them with internal coolant supply and
counterweights for balancing. |

 U-TRONIC
offers a wide range of medium and large servo controlled heads for
machining centers and specialized machines. Controlled by the U axis of
the CNC,
the U-TRONIC can perform facing and
back-facing, cylindrical and conical boring, threading, concave and
convex radius machining and complex profiles, by the nterpolation of
the other machine axes.
These heads can be fitted manually, automatically or through palletized
systems, on boring machines and specialized machines.
They are available in eight standard models, between 180 mm and 1000 mm
diameter, all of them with internal coolant supply.
Also, U-TRONIC heads are supplied in
special duel slide versions or with counterweights for tool slide
balancing and high speed. |
